Free Shipping Details

Enjoy free shipping on all Zoom Wipes products with no minimum order. Online orders are fulfilled through FedEx and our rolodex of freight trucking partners for the larger pallet orders. All orders are processed within 24hrs and will be picked up for transport on the same day or next day (except weekends. Our shipment hubs are in CA, FL, NY, and TX. Delivery time will be based on your distance from our hubs. Most all orders are delivered within 1-5 business days of FedEx pickup. 

 

Free Shipping Exclusions

Free shipping applies only on ground shipping to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Normal shipping rates apply on orders to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Commercial orders are also free, but not to residential addresses. Please contact us directly if you believe your shipping circumstance is unique.

 

Free Freight Shipping: Pallet Orders

All pallet orders are shipped via freight trucking and require easy access to your location. Please call us directly at 941-952-8297 to coordinate these orders and describe any nuance to your business or location that would help aid our delivery. It’s imperative that someone is available to receive the shipment during normal business hours (9a-5p). Customers will be responsible for moving pallets from curbside to inside their facility.

 

Shipping Verification

We reserve the right to hold shipments until payment and delivery information is verified. This measure is to keep all respective parties safe and secure from fraud. The security of your personal information is important to us.

 

Change of Address After Placing an Order

You can change your shipping address after you place an order as long as the item has not shipped. Items are shipped as quickly as possible, so this option is usually only available until the end of the day on which you place your order.
